Jeff began his career with Kimmel & Associates in 1997 as a Recruiter in the General Construction Division.
Throughout his career with Kimmel & Associates, he has concentrated in the general construction market in Michigan and Wisconsin, and the disaster restoration industry nationwide.
Jeff earned an Associate in Science degree from Montreat-Anderson College.
He has been happily married to his wife, Debbie, for more than 25 years. In his free time, he enjoys a number of outdoor hobbies and is an active member of Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry.
We sat down with Jeff and asked him the following:
- What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
I love to truly recruit. Recruiting is being willing to reach out to a candidate you have never spoken to in the past. That is what really sets me apart from the herd – I love to reach out and find the right company that matches what my candidate needs, and cold call to recruit the candidate who is the right fit for my client companies. Posting ads just does not get it done for me.
- What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?
I tell the truth to the clients and the candidates. I will not lie or stretch the truth to get a deal. Money is not that important to me. My character and my reputation are important to me.
