Scott joined Kimmel & Associates in 2021, serving the Northeast and Canadian markets.

Prior to joining Kimmel & Associates, Scott was a recruiting coordinator and collegiate soccer coach at the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Limestone College and has two master’s degrees in Coaching Leadership and classroom teaching from the University of Rio Grande, Ohio.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Carissa, and their children: Jaxon, Harper, and Harlee.

We sat down with Scott and asked him the following:

What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?

The support I feel in every aspect of this fantastic company. I wake up each morning wanting to work hard for the organization.

What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?

I learned that building relationships in your industry will, over time, bring you a wealth of success in so many areas.

What is your greatest strength in your role?

My relentless attitude – I never give up.

What can clients and candidates expect from you?

Transparency and a work ethic that focuses on what is important to them.

What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?

I set a goal for myself every day to out-work my competition.

Anything associated with cancer.

I live and breathe football (soccer) – only my family comes before it.
