At Kimmel & Associates, Everybody is Welcome!

In our 35+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, we have learned one important thing: successful people do not fit into a box. From the highly competitive candidates who are looking for a new challenge to those who have struggled in previous roles and are looking for a second chance to reach their potential,we want special people. What do we mean by special people? We have compiled a list of attributes of those people who have been successful in this role.

  • People who are competitive.
  • People who are willing to bet on themselves.
  • People with good hearts and good intentions.
  • People who believe in us and what we are doing.
  • People who are loyal.
  • People who are driven to work hard and be successful.
  • People who need another chance.

We are looking for people who want more out of their jobs than punching a clock and collecting a paycheck. We are looking for people who want to make a real difference in people’s lives, who want to push themselves to achieve more, and who will always pursue excellenceover mediocrity. We want employees who believe in themselves and believe in our company.

Executive search is both highly demanding and highly rewarding. In their first year, our employees earn an average of more than $50K, and our longer-tenured consultants earn well into the six figures.
