At Kimmel & Associates we have over 85 consultants and support staff; each one tremendously dedicated to the recruiting effort. Each covers a specific aspect of the industry and a certain geographical area. Kimmel & Associates requires all consultants to complete our in-house Certification Program, developed in response to constantly changing market conditions. The two-month program educates less experienced consultants via 50 classes taught by team leaders at Kimmel & Associates. Every year, new consultants must become certified in the techniques needed to be a Kimmel & Associates recruiter. We teach the technical skills of recruiting with a special emphasis on the importance of working with absolute integrity and an attitude of service. Classes are brief yet complex, each dedicated to a single subject in order to provide the best strategies for the current economic climate.
