About the Position:
Hiring for a Construction Manager, responsible for managing all general contracting projects. Working with the Superintendent and Technicians to ensure a on-time, on budget projects. Will participate in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the projects. Also, responsibilities will include Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
Requirements:
5+ years of prior PM experience within roofing, glazing, concrete or a similar building envelope sector.
Must have a diverse knowledge of roofing systems.
