Brandi Hillman

Associate

Brandi joined Kimmel & Associates in 2026 as an Associate in the General Construction Division. Her professional background includes 19 years of experience in sales, finance, business development, and business/franchise ownership.

Brandi earned her BS in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from North Carolina State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and rescue pup, Hazel.

We sat down with Brandi and asked him the following:

  Family-owned for 45 years and very involved in the community
• What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
  Thanking people and following up is very important.
• What is your greatest strength in your role?
  Staying organized, creating follow-up tasks, and making connections.
• Describe the most rewarding experience of your career.
  Being able to combine business and connecting with your community. I feel like I have done that in the last three businesses that I started.

• What causes are you passionate about?
  Animal rescue, and natural land and parks preservation.

  Hiking, travel, NC State athletics, and my rescue gal Hazel!
