- What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
Hard to say what I like MOST about Kimmel because there are so many things. This is an awesome company! The people are great, the camaraderie is outstanding, and all the benefits are awesome. Not just talking about 401k or insurance, it could be just a simple “hello” or a “thank you,” or the privilege to work out or use the sauna or have lunch provided or attend a company function… I could go on and on. I honestly feel very blessed to be a part of this amazing team.
- What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
Being honest and loyal, working hard, being flexible and dependable – just giving and serving.
- What is your greatest strength in your role?
I love my job, and my hope is that I project that to others. I genuinely care about how I portray myself and how people see me.
- Describe the most rewarding experience of your career.
Being named “Employee of the Year” comes to mind!
- Do you have a favorite quote?
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” That says it all.
- Personal interests?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love working on my farm with all my animals – that gives me a great sense of peace and gratitude.
