David Burdette

Associate

David joined Kimmel & Associates in 2026 as an Associate serving the Concrete industry. He brings nearly three decades of experience in education, where he worked as a math teacher and coached both football and baseball. He also has experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on developing new client relationships. Throughout his career, David has built a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and relationship building.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts, Secondary Mathematics degree from Clemson University.

Outside of work David continues to coach youth sports. He enjoys playing table tennis, board games, and miniature wargames. He takes every chance he can get to spend time with his family.

We sat down with David and asked him the following:

• What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
  It is a very supporting environment. Everyone wants to see you be successful.
• What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
  You have to come to work every day and prepare to grind. There aren't really any shortcuts. It is just hard work every day.
• What is your greatest strength in your role?
  I care deeply for people and seeing them succeed.
• What can clients and candidates expect from you?
  I will always try and make it right and do what is in their best interest.
