Dyel Sigmon

Head of Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and Training

Dyel began her career in 2006 with Kimmel & Associates’ sister company, ConstructionJobs.com, as a Regional Account Executive. As a result of her outstanding work, she was promoted several times throughout her tenure, ultimately becoming Chief Operating Officer.

In 2021, she transferred her skills to Kimmel & Associates, where she serves as Head of Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, & Training. Dyel serves as a trusted adviser to executives to develop and employ effective business strategies that drive sustainable growth. As a leader, her goal is to create a culture where employees are engaged and empowered, allowing them to contribute in their own unique ways to the success of the company.

When asked what she likes most about working at Kimmel, she said, “I think Steve Jobs said it best: 'The only way to do great work is to love what you do.' Dyel earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business and an MBA from Western Carolina University.

Outside of the office, she enjoys being active in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, with the scenic Montreat hiking trails being her favorite. Dyel enjoys going on fun adventures with her son and spending time with her family and friends.
