Everyone treats you like family. Everyone is so nice and would do anything to help you in a time of need. I know everyone here at Kimmel is willing to help me be the most successful in my career, as well as my personal life. - What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
With the right attitude, resources, and people surrounding you, the sky is the limit. - What is your greatest strength in your role?
Being prompt and putting in the work each day to be the greatest in my market. - What can clients and candidates expect from you?
Strong, long-term opportunities that can help advance their careers, both professionally and financially. - What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?
We actually care and strive to be the best in our market. We take a career-directed approach - finding what makes the most sense logically for everyone to reach their goals and full potential professionally. - Do you have a favorite quote?
“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” - Muhammad Ali
“Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” - Michael Jordan (the GOAT) - What causes are you passionate about?
I am very passionate about my family, which is my #1 priority. At the end of the day, I also just really want to help out those on their career paths and see them be successful, and for them to love what they do each and every day. - Personal interests?
During my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends. I am the uncle to two of the cutest kids. I’m an avid hunter and love to fish. I am named after Michael Jordan, so I am a die-hard UNC fan and also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In the summertime, you can find me on the lake a good bit. My favorite restaurant would have to be Sierra Nevada in Mills River, NC.
