We sat down with Ricky and asked him the following:
-
What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
I like that the work rewards curiosity, every placement means learning something new, and no two days look the same. The team also makes a real difference. People here actually share information and help each other close deals instead of operating in silos, which made ramping up a lot faster. -
What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
Listening matters more than talking. Whether I was working with patients in healthcare or now with candidates and clients, the people who trust you are the ones who feel heard first. -
What is your greatest strength in your role?
I'm thorough. I'd rather dig into the details of a role or a candidate's background upfront than make a fast placement that doesn't hold up. -
What can clients and candidates expect from you?
Show up prepared, follow through on what you say you'll do, and treat every conversation like it matters, because it does. -
Ricky's statement of philosophy?
Straight answers, quick follow up, and someone who does the homework on the company, the role, and the person, before making a match.
