Outside of the office, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife (Jordan) and their young daughter (Landyn).
We sat down with Zack and asked him the following:
- What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
It all starts with the leadership and the wonderful, family-like culture. It’s very fulfilling to work with such a great group of people and have the opportunity to help others progress in their careers on a daily basis. Lastly, the autonomy and work-life balance are second to none.
- What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
Hard work and persistence will pay off.
- What is your greatest strength in your role?
The ability to connect with individuals on a personal basis. I’m a good listener, which is key when providing great service for both clients and candidates.
- What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?
I’ve created many great relationships with the top electrical contractors in the Midwest. I’m confident in matching individuals with my clients who can perform the job at a high level and, even more importantly, will thrive in the company culture.
