About the Position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget completion. Partnering closely with superintendents, you will manage every aspect of the project, from planning to final delivery. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on client satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, quality control, safety standards, and workforce coordination, while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all assigned projects, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and respect to everyone at all times.
  • Set project direction, align resources, and execute at a high standard to achieve project goals.
  • Establish initial client contact to assess scope of work and identify required resources for successful project completion.
  • Supervise the total construction effort to ensure adherence to safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Interface directly with client representatives, architects, engineers, and other contractors.
  • Develop and manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management, with a proven track record of success in large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial aspects of construction projects.
  • Experience with Data Centers is a plus
