About the Position:
Lead, manage, and be accountable for Operations Support functions, including but not limited to Scheduling, QAQC, and Operating Systems, ensuring operational delivery excellence across all projects. Develop and implement annual Quality Control and Schedule Adherence training for operational staff.
Requirements:
- A strong background and expertise in construction project management and/or field operations.
- Demonstrated senior leader in deploying and managing Operational Excellence programs in large, complex organizations.
- Must have technical competency in process management & change management, with the ability to manage and embrace change and adapt to new processes and new ways of looking at old problems.
