About the Position:
Hiring a Distribution Center Manager (Site Leader) responsible for the distribution center's daily operations and maintaining high accuracy and operational efficiency. Implement worker safety and health regulations, plan projects, and set department objectives. Plan operations and activities with the company's budget, practices, and policies in mind. Responsible for or involved in the distribution center's overall transportation scheduling, inventory control, inbound receiving and storage, returns, and outbound pick and pack operations. Depending on location, staff ranges from 6 to 40 employees with multiple shifts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in warehousing/distribution/logistics industry
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Extensive experience in Warehouse Management, WMS, ERP, and warehouse automation. Highly proficient in MS Office.
• Experienced in writing and implementing Logistics/Warehousing standard operating procedures
