About the Position:
Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day construction administration on site. Working closely with the project team, the Project Manager is responsible for completing the project within scope, budget, and the contractual time constraints. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to monitor and communicate progress and address changes. The Project Manager is also responsible for coordinating materials and equipment delivery and collaborating with the Superintendent, clients, the project team, and other internal and external personnel to determine additional needs. This individual is responsible for internal and external project communications and overall administrative and financial leadership of the project.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction experience with a proven track record in construction management, environmental engineering, or architecture
• Proficient in Procore, MS Office, and MS Project.
