About the Position:

As the Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale HVAC construction projects, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Your role will include overseeing the project’s field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance while ensuring adherence to contract documents, safety regulations, and statutory compliance. You will coordinate project schedules, monitor project budgets and profitability, and maintain effective relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring alignment with contract documents, budgets, timelines, and safety requirements.

  • Oversee and manage the project’s field staff, ensuring subcontractor performance and vendor compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Lead project coordination and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure all mechanical systems meet healthcare-specific requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of mechanical construction project management experience, specifically overseeing HVAC mechanical construction work.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale HVAC projects within the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, construction management, and the unique requirements of healthcare projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to monitor project accounting, budgets, and profitability, ensuring financial objectives are met.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction or mechanical engineering related fields.
