About the Company:

Since 1984 - This GC has primarily focused on retail & commercial construction. The company has a strong pipeline of projects.

Position:
Superintendents - to build large retail shopping centers, power centers, big box stores, outdoor malls. Examples: Walmart, Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, etc. Take the projects from ground up (site to close). Projects cost $10M to $40M each.

Requirements:

• Ground up big project retail.
• Open to travel.
• Tilt Wall experience a plus.
• Ground up experience is mandatory.
