• Project Analysis: Meet with clients to analyze project specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive estimates that align with industry standards and client expectations.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare detailed bids and proposals, including pricing breakdowns, scopes of work, and project timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Estimation: Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for concrete coatings projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide ongoing support to project teams.
