About the Position:

The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Superintendent to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects. This is a long-term opportunity, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects ranging from $30M to $50M in size. As the Lead Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations on site, from project initiation through to completion. You will be empowered to manage teams, subcontractors, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the construction process.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that deadlines and financial goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment on-site, leading by example and promoting teamwork.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals and expectations are aligned.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being completed to specification.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the field team, including training, mentoring, and addressing any performance issues.
• Resolve issues proactively and effectively to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role overseeing large-scale projects ($30M+).
• Proven experience managing multifaceted projects from start to finish in commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams while working autonomously.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications are highly desirable.
