About the Position:
• Perform emergency responses for residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for emergency responses; respond to and evaluate property for best stabilization response.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory completion of projects; give clear direction, anticipate issues, and solve problems effectively.
• Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, and troubleshooting HVAC/Mechanical issues of facilities.
• Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear.
• Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on commercial properties.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response rotation.
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with on-call mitigation experience.
• IICRC Certified.
• Strong experience and understanding of large commercial interior and exterior construction.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
