About the Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Third-Party Coordinator to join our client's team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating interactions with third parties and external stakeholders and utility owners. The position requires a strong background in managing complex transit projects that span multiple jurisdictions, as well as a demonstrated ability to facilitate and manage high-level discussions and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with third parties and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in the finalization of any third-party agreements that have not yet been completed.
  • Attend, conduct, participate in, and facilitate meetings with third parties and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Perform additional third-party coordination tasks as outlined in the scope of work.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10 years of experience working as a Third-Party Coordinator on transit projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven experience interfacing with utility owners and regulatory agencies, such as the CPUC.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
