About the Position:
Hiring for a Senior Operations Manager to direct a distribution center team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customers orders. Must foster a “safety first” culture, continuous improvement mindset, effectively manage labor resources and successfully surpass KPI’s. They will directly manage supervisors across multiple shifts and indirectly manage hourly team. They will develop leaders and create a culture of positive employee engagement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Distribution Logistics/Transportation or related degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Preferred 5-7 years Distribution Center experience
