About the Position:

The Project Executive will oversee the management of multiple projects, ensuring the seamless execution of construction operations and successful delivery. This key leadership position will involve managing a team of five Project Managers and handling an annual project volume of $50M. The Project Executive will be responsible for high-level oversight of all project activities, from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met while also driving overall project performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of five Project Managers across various construction projects.
  • Oversee the overall planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects valued at $50M annually.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all client specifications and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with company goals and project requirements.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide leadership in the management of project teams, addressing any performance issues and promoting professional growth and development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Review and approve change orders, contract documents, and project reports.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to maintain project profitability and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a project leadership role, such as Project Manager or Project Executive.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, with a preference for overseeing $50M+ in annual volume.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
