About the Position:

This Executive - will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all company divisions & business units to function efficiently and effectively.

• Partner with the CEO with full P&L oversee
• Work with senior leaders on operational strategies & business objectives
• Performance management, resource allocation, client relationships
• Safety, quality, client satisfaction, strategic implementation
• Procedures & processes

Requirements:

• Full General Contractor side experience is Mandatory
• Education - (BA/BS) 4-year College Degree – MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience – minimum of 15 years in construction management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations of at least $500M annually
• General Contracting (Fully) – Working with large, diversified project types is a plus
• Certifications – relevant industry certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar is desirable
• Software Skills – Microsoft
