About the Position:

Hiring for a Remote Finance Systems & Support Manager responsible for training, education, and ongoing site support for all financial procedures while interfacing with upper management on performance and KPIs. They will provide continuous training for all applicable employees in Sage, Apex, Payroll, MS Office, field tracking and reporting, billing cycle requirements, month-end closing, etc.


• Position is remote, with up to 70% travel between 5 plants. The ideal candidate resides in AL, AR, or KY.
• 5+ years of field support experience in an industrial service provider environment.
• Experience with computerized scale, billing, and accounting systems (Apex and/or Sage would be beneficial).
• Experience interfacing with various functional groups (Operations, Maintenance, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Ability to analyze primarily profit and loss accounts and variance analysis to budget and forecast.
• Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables)
