They are seeking a Senior (Conceptual) estimator for their office in Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Estimating – start with the drawings and take all the way through

• Develop preliminary cost estimates – secure work
• Review design plans, scopes for constructability, value engineering
• Relationships & strategies

Requirements:

• BA/BS Construction related degree preferred

• 10+ years minimum – hands-on commercial project estimating
• Knowledge (GMP) proposal handling
• Proven experience with pre-construction CM contracts (client & designer meetings)
• Strong technical skills
• This position is based in Fort Myers, FL.
