This role will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing support for training, and performance management, among other duties.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or human resource management OR equivalent work experience in a Human Resource role.
• High proficiency in building relationships.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
