About the Position

The company is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Surveyor to lead and manage all survey-related operations for multiple active projects. This role is critical in supporting construction layout and modeling for complex heavy highway and civil projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating models from existing project plans and executing precise layouts in the field, ensuring seamless coordination with field crews and project managers. You'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of True Roads by delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse range of infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor in heavy civil construction.

• Proven experience in layout and model building for civil/highway projects.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple active projects across various locations.

• Effective communication and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
