About the Position:

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Northern Virginia. This position focuses on managing complex water treatment projects, including dewatering, environmental remediation, and the design/build of treatment systems. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong client relationships. This role offers an opportunity to lead large-scale environmental and construction projects, providing both technical and managerial growth within the company.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in environmental construction, dewatering, remediation, or water treatment projects.
  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale construction or environmental projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance, particularly in water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Familiarity with design/build project delivery methods, including working with engineering and operations teams.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
