About the Position
The company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who can manage cross-functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be entrusted with managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in strategic planning, subcontractor coordination, cost control, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources effectively

Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Conduct regular progress meetings and provide timely reporting

Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience in the construction industry

Proven track record managing commercial or industrial construction projects

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)

Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements

PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus

Willingness to be based in or relocate to Albany, GA
