Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up casino and hotel construction projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale hospitality developments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction for casino/hotel projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
- Oversee on-site and off-site activities to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, designers, and contractors.
- Review plans, track progress, manage costs, and mitigate risks.
- Secure permits, draft contracts, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on ground-up casino and hotel construction.
- 7+ years of hands-on construction field experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction/design software.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
