About the Position:

Hiring for a Bookkeeper/Controller, responsible for in-house certified payroll, payroll taxes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, AIA requisitions, and change orders. This role must be experienced with all lines of commercial insurance, tracking/predicting costs, risk analysis and expertly organized.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience as Controller, Bookkeeper, Accounting, and/or Finance for a commercial construction contractor or subcontractor is required.
• Must have prior Payroll, AP/AR, credit, and insurance experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
