Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field
• 4-5 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate Development or related industries, including cost of sales and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting and reporting
  Proficiency in QuickBooks, ResMan, or other real estate accounting software.
• Experience with Procore or other database management tools
