About the Position:
Hiring for a Project Manager responsible for managing residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and assisting with planning and analysis of preconstruction activities and conceptual design issues. Must be able to lead preconstruction planning meetings with designers, contractors, and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, system conflicts, sequencing, and/or quality control.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business Management field is required.
• 8+ years of High-End Residential experience or training
• Experience working with residential projects is a desired plus
