About the Company:
The company is a large National Disaster Restoration Company seeking a Sales Executive / Regional Account Manager for their San Antonio office. They are a 50-year-old Disaster Restoration company specializing in commercial projects (main vertical in multi-family). They focus in restoration, roofing services, interior/exterior renovations, and facility repairs.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts
· Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific market segments
· Identify and call on regional or local prospects to generate opportunities
· Communicate effectively at all client levels in high-stress situations
· Utilize CRM tool to keep all client information up-to-date and all activities current
· Participate and represent the company in tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events
· Work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction on every project
Requirements:
· 2+ years of sales/BD in commercial disaster restoration.
· Prefer BD Manager with experience selling $1M+ annually.
· Commercial experienced required, preferably in Multi-Family.
· Proven Sales experience with a strong new and existing client base.
