About the Position:
The company is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Service Sales Representative to support the Sales Teams. The Service Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, preparing estimates, and growing market share within the commercial roofing services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a national leader in roofing services and take ownership of a key territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present estimates for commercial roofing services, including roof replacements, repairs, and maintenance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to grow market share in your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage and track sales opportunities using sales tools.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure the smooth execution of projects, from initial estimate to completion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial roofing industry and stay current on trends and innovations.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and effective time management.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in construction or industrial services is required.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing services is preferred but not required. Roofing estimators with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in growing market share and driving sales in a competitive environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a tenacious drive to sell.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in mathematics and computer skills to manage estimates, proposals, and sales tracking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Potential to earn up to $100,000 total compensation (base + commission).
