About the Position:

Hiring for a Vice President of Construction, responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the construction company, from pre-construction through substantial completion of all construction projects. Working to constantly improve, monitor and manage the organization including developing and implementing best in practice standards, processes and systems. Additionally responsible for the management of Project Managers and working with the General Superintendent to manage field construction superintendents.


Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

10+ years of prior mixed-used and/or multi-family construction experience.

5+ years of field supervision experience.

7+ years of Operations level experience within construction.

Drafting or Engineering background preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Timberline.

Experienced in budget planning, expense monitoring, and P&L responsibility.
