About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the heavy civil industry, a strong understanding of field operations, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment. Project Engineers in this organization gain hands-on exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects and a clear path toward leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Support project management and field operations throughout the lifecycle of construction projects

Assist with scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking

Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors

Monitor project progress and maintain documentation for compliance and reporting

Solve field challenges in real-time and contribute to project planning and execution
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Engineer on heavy civil construction projects

Direct field experience is required

Experience with bridges and structures is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
