About the Position:
Seeking a motivated individual to lead the company’s Leak Repair Service and Maintenance efforts. The Service Manager will manage the overall strategy of the division and be a vital part of its growth. This position will allow the right person to develop and implement best-in-class strategies and build an organization with an exciting future.
- Implement the overall strategy for the Company’s Maintenance and Service Division
- Develop and maintain client relationships and strategic agreements
- Drive Maintenance and Service to achieve Company goals for revenue and margin targets
- Collaborate with Construction Services to create strategy for small capital projects execution
- Lead efforts to standardize operating procedures and explore areas of enhancement
- Review the division’s weekly and monthly reporting and recommend any needed improvements
- Provide leadership for field and professional development
- Report key metrics to Executive Management
- Other responsibilities as needed to develop and grow the division into a first in class operation
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Maintenance/Service or related services organization in commercial construction and/or subtrades
- Proven ability to lead an organization through growth
- Experience with P&L responsibilities and ability to analyze financial data
- Knowledgeable in pricing models; contract and service agreement negotiations
- Multi-site experience a plus; some travel required
- Must have a valid drive license
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other related MS Office products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and ability to work with minimal supervision
