Hiring a Business Development Administrator responsible for supporting the Business Development Group, including Marketing research, Project searches, Client outreach, Prequalification submittals, and database updates.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Marketing, Business, or Construction.
• 4-6 years' experience in a marketing/business development position.
• Experience in Construction Industry.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce highly professional proposals and presentations.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
