About the Position:
The position involves working with existing and prospective customers to develop solutions for property protection. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining professional relationships, conducting property inspections, managing a strong pipeline of opportunities, and collaborating with internal departments throughout the sales process. As well as develop and execute marketing plans for the company's brands, work on cross-functional teams, plan and execute trade shows and events, manage lead generation programs, create marketing collateral, manage email marketing campaigns, serve as project manager for marketing initiatives, analyze customer data, and stay updated on marketing technologies and tools.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as Roofing Project or Senior Project Manager
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to our industry
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products “Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..”
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relations Manager) practices along with the ability to build productive business
