About the Position:
Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager capable of managing projects as as PM as well, responsible for overseeing all phases of preconstruction and supporting the estimating department. Primarily focused on multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout southeast Florida.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related area.
• 10+ years of experience, ideally gained within a commercial general contractor in a Estimating, Project Management, or other relative position.
• Prior project experience in multifamily construction.
