About the Position:

Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible to effectively lead, manage, direct, and coordinate the onsite field operations required to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Daily the Superintendent will coordinate, schedule, direct and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and Suppliers on the jobsite to achieve specified results. The Superintendent will establish a positive and effective working relationship with all members of the Project Team (Project Manager, Owners, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers). Successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced construction field office environment.

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience.

Experience as Lead Superintendent on projects with value of $5M or more.

OSHA 30 certification.

Ability to read, understand and execute construction work as defined in the drawings, specifications, addenda, submittals, technical manuals, and product/material installation instructions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Procore experience desired but not required.

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods).
