About the Position:

Hiring for a Customer Implementation Manager, responsible for leading new customer implementations, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization for the customer, setting and meeting customer expectations and bridging the sales and operational activates. This role is a combination of Project Management, Client Relationship Management and Operational/Commercial engagement. This role is not exclusive to the Houston market, it can be based in any location.


5+ years’ experience in logistics including international supply chain management forwarding services.

Proven experience in project management on implementations.

PMP, ACP-PMI certification or equivalent preferred.

Willingness to travel and work on-site on a project basis for (~50-100 days / year). Expectation is to work on-site on a project for a minimum of 2-4 weeks.

Good IT and EDI understanding and capabilities.

Operational background including supply chain operations, ocean, air, and local origin services (trucking, customs, and milestone visibility).
