About the Position:

The company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new ground-up multifamily apartment projects in the Carolinas. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project milestones, managing budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and meet the company's high-quality standards. This role is based in Greensboro, NC, and is an in-office position.

As a Project Manager, you will lead and direct various aspects of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring successful delivery of complex multifamily developments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry-leading team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project milestones are being met.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and project teams, to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Manage the project team, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in multifamily residential projects.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up apartment construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with construction project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in Greensboro, NC, and able to work on-site.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 (based on experience)
  • Bonus: Eligibility for performance-based bonus
