About the Position:
Hiring for a Commercial Sales Manager, responsible for helping grow the business through sales by strengthening our existing customer base and building relationships with new customers. This role will also be responsible for helping the Director New Business Development lead, motivate, and train the Sales Account Management team. The CSM should have industry knowledge and be able to lead the team and develop business growth. This role is also up to 25% travel as needed. This is a salary based position with uncapped bonus potential.
Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Food Science, Business, or similar field.
• 5+ years with lead generation and prospect management.
• Proven management experience leading sales teams.
• Directly related sales experience and expertise within commercial food product development co-manufacturing, grocery and/or perishable ingredients.
