About the Position

The Regional Executive will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s Atlanta market. This is a high-visibility position responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving financial performance, and leading the execution of multi-million-dollar commercial and industrial concrete projects. As a strategic leader, you will focus on business development, market expansion, and talent development, while maintaining the company's commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute financial and talent strategies to drive success in the region.

• Market Expertise: Cultivate relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors while identifying new opportunities for market growth.

• Project Oversight: Secure and manage large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Operational Excellence: Implement company standards, policies, and best practices to ensure flawless execution across all projects.

• Talent Development: Lead recruitment, mentorship, and development of a high-performing team, ensuring the growth and retention of top-tier construction talent.

Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, including hands-on project management and team leadership.

• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex commercial and industrial concrete projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.

• Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent military experience.

• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
