About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for the financial and administrative activities of assigned projects. The Project Manager must be capable of translating project strategy into tactical and operational project level planning that create the desired project financial, schedule, quality and relationship results, and must possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the Company’s expected project outcomes. The Project Manager will work with a diverse customer base in the commercial, office, warehouse, education, institutional, healthcare, retail, recreation, government, and hospitality sectors.

Requirements:

5+ years of previous experience as a PM for a commercial general contractor.

Experience on commercial projects in $2-10M in value.
