About the Position
The company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of multi-family construction projects, specifically those in the range of 300-400 units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning through to project completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of our developments.

Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all phases of multi-family construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Budget & Cost Control: Ensure that projects stay within budget, manage change orders, and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.
- Scheduling & Deadlines: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all timelines are met and issues are resolved proactively to avoid delays.
- Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards and compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and financial tracking.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in multi-family construction, with a focus on projects ranging from 300-400 units.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of multi-family construction processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and lead teams to successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Other: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
