Our client is a leading, privately held $100M Disaster Restoration Company specializing in commercial restoration. They are a full-service restoration company with several locations across the US. They help clients nationwide restore and rebuild damaged properties following natural disasters or unexpected human-caused events. Our clients range from some of the most well-known organizations in the U.S. to small but beloved local companies. Our team has more than 300 years combined industry experience and our expertise is in large loss reconstruction projects.

About the Position:

  • Work with operations, production, sales, and management teams to oversee every aspect of a project from beginning to end.
  • Manage schedules and crews to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, abiding by all regulations and company standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate production crews for emergency responses; respond to and evaluate property for best stabilization response.
  • Work with the operations and sales teams to obtain all required documentation, including Work Authorizations and Certificates of Satisfaction, from client, and satisfy any insurance requirements.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure satisfactory completion of projects; give clear direction, anticipate issues, and problem solve effectively.
  • Ensure internal and external clients are informed of the status of project throughout production with detailed information and accurate and descriptive documentation; a finalized folder is turned in upon completion of every project.
  • Train, motivate, and coach technicians.
  • Participate in after-hours emergency response rotation.
  • Attend all appropriate company meetings, association and client events, and marketing team opportunities.
  • Obtain and retain certifications as requested by the company; enrollment and/or membership fees will be provided.

Varies all over the country depending on the location of the disaster.

Requirements:
• 5+ Years of experience in project management / Superintendent.
• Mitigation and/or Reconstruction experience.
•Strong experience and understanding of large commercial interior and exterior construction.
